Canceling less than 24 hrs before your appointment will result in a 50% fee. (Please note that rescheduling w/ less than 24 hour notice is still considered a cancellation, as it doesn’t allow us time to fill the slot). NO-SHOWS w/o notice will be charged 100%. THE PERIOD POLICY While you are welcome during your period, we understand this is an awkward time for many! If you wish to cancel/reschedule w/ less than 24 hrs notice, you will be charged 100% of the service. This full amount will be applied to any service you receive w/in 7 days. :) Happy cycling!
